Help for Alibi: Murder Mystery on iPhone, iPad, and the hosted guest experience at alibi.events.

Email support@alibi.events with your app version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send guest emails, private character information, party codes, or invite links.
Hosting a party
- Use Host to create the event, enter at least five guests, and review the cast before creating the party.
- Start the party from the host console and release each round only when your group is ready.
- Alibi saves the local case on the device so you can leave and return to it later.
Joining and hosted invites
- For on-device play, open Join and enter the six-character code plus the cast name exactly as the host entered it.
- A hosted RSVP page is created only after the host explicitly chooses Publish guest invite.
- If a hosted page is unavailable, ask the host to open the party and refresh the invite status before contacting support.
Delete your data
In the iOS app, open Settings and choose Erase all Alibi data. The app keeps local data in place if hosted deletion fails so the host can retry. You can also email support for deletion or access help.
